The highest point where one is allowed to slaughter is not clearly depicted in this image, but the lowest point the top of crop is visible. This lowest point is where the veshet begins to expand and become the crop. In this image the veshet is only partially filled with grain matter, but one can still see that the veshet is begining to become wider. In the next page where the image is both larger and the veshet is artificially inflated the lowest point of the veshet is clearer.
